摘要
介绍一种高效回收小分子DNA片段的方法,只需两个离心管及一块玻璃棉纸,凝胶速冻后简单离心即可回收DNA.实验证明这种回收DNA的方法具有简便快捷、成本低和效率高等优点,是一种切实可行的方法.
This article introduces an efficient way to recover small molecular fragments of DNA methods, just two centrifuge tubes and a piece of tissue paper glass. After the quick-freeze gel and a simple centrifuge,DNA can be recovered simply. The result of test proves that the recovery of the method is simple fast, low cost and high efficiency, which is a realistic and practical approach.
