The isotopic compositions of CO 2 for single fluid inclusions in volcanic rocks form the Shengli Oil field have been analyzed with LRM specturm analysis method.There are significant differences in isotopiccompositions of CO 2 for the single inclusions between non CO 2 and CO 2 gas field[(-10.22±0.99)‰ for non CO 2 gas field and (-4.18±0.45)‰ for CO 2 gas field,PDB]. The results are identical with the isotopic compositions of CO 2 for the group inclusions in volcanic rocks with cracking method (from -14.6‰ to -10.2‰ for non CO 2 gas field and from -5.5‰ to -4.8‰ for CO 2 gas field,PDB),and correspondent to the isotopic compositions of CO 2 for natural gases (from -11.8‰ to -5.4‰ for non CO 2 gasfield and from -5.3‰ to -4.4‰ for CO 2 gas field ,PDB). Therefore,the natural CO 2 may be derived from the volcanic rocks derived from mantle.
