摘要
目的:开发放射治疗全自动化管理系统。方法:采用SQL2000数据库+VB编程语言编程,C/S模式架构。把IC卡读写系统、患者基本信息入档系统、模拟定位系统、TPS系统、放疗计划系统、自动收费系统、放射治疗系统、自动切割系统、自动验证系统等一系列子系统整合。结果:通过整合把整个系统分为:患者基本信息工作站、财务收费工作站、放疗物理师工作站、放疗技师工作站、放疗医生工作站、系统工作站,实现了整个放疗数据计算机管理。结论:系统安全可靠,自动化程度高,放疗剂量计算准确,有效的减少了人为因素引起的误差,实现了信息自动化管理。
Objective:To implement the automatic management system for the department of radiotherapy. Methods: Based on the SQL 2000 data base and VB linguistic programming, the fundamental information of the patients, the IC recording and writing system, simulation system, treatment planning system ( TPS), financial banking system, automatic eutting system, physicist, teehnician and physician working stations were altogether integrated. Results: All the divisions related to the management of radiotherapy were automatically streamlined. Conclusion: The whole complicated process related to the logistical and teehnieal aspects of radiotherapy could be automatieally managed with safety, reliability, accuracy and simplicity ,which may reduce errors caused by malpractice and save labors in a busy eancer center.
