摘要
寻找阿尔茨海默氏症(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)的治疗药物是当今生物医学领域最具挑战性的课题之一。由于该病的发病机理十分复杂,涉及众多致病因子,因此越来越多的研究致力于寻找抑制多个AD致病因子的多靶点药物。最近研究发现茶对AD有一定的预防和治疗效果,茶的主要成分茶多酚有望作为AD治疗药物的候选物。本文综述了茶多酚在多靶点治疗AD方面的研究进展。
Looking for efficient drugs to combat Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） is one of the biggest challenges in the current biomedicine. Since the etiology of AD is very complex and multiple pathogenetic factors are involved, more and more attention is paid to multipotent drugs which could inhibit the multiple targets implicated in AD. Some recent researches revealed that the administration of tea has prophylactic and therapeutic benefits against AD. In addition, the major components of tea, i.e., tea polyphenols, are promising drug candidates for AD therapy. This paper summarizes recent progress in research of multitargeted therapy of AD by tea polyphenols.
