摘要
目的探讨在门诊肿瘤患者中开展药学服务的必要性及措施。方法对我院门诊736例患者进行药学服务必要性调查,对药学知识需要人群以及需求状况进行调查分析。结果回收有效问卷705份,有效回收率95.79%。结果显示,半数以上患者希望获得基本用药信息和合理用药信息,51.94%患者希望获得医保用药目录的相关信息,分别有56.74%、55.89%患者希望获得药物贮存和特殊药品正确使用方法等我院特色的药学服务。结论肿瘤患者人群迫切需要专业的药学服务,药师在门诊患者中开展药学服务可有效保障合理用药。
Objective To investigate the necessity and measures of carrying out pharmaceutical care for outpatient with tumor. Methods Spot check was conducted among 736 outpatients in Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center. And the result of the questionnaires was used for evaluating the attitudes and requirements of outpatients towards pharmaceutical service. Results 705 questionnaires were valid（95.79% ）. Of the informants investigated, up to 50% hoped to obtain the basic and rational information of medicament and 51.94% wanted to get the information of hospitalization insurance. Moreover, the featured pharmaceutical services such as special drug storage method and proper administration were also wanted, which accounted for 56.74% and 55.89%, respectively. Conclusion The urgency of the demands for pharmaceutical care was showed among patients with tumor. And professional pharmaceutical care of pharmacists should ensure the rational administration.
