摘要
目的观察中药配伍结合西药治疗椎一基底动脉供血不足性眩晕。方法对照组采用西药常规治疗基础上配服自拟的定眩汤。结果对照组总有效率74%,治疗组总有效率92.5%。结论中西药结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebro - basilar artery insufficiency. Methods The control group was treated with conventional west- ern medicine, and the therapeutic group was given self- made Ding Xuan decoction （vertigo relieving decoction） be- sides conventional western medicine treatment. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 74 %, and that of the therapeutic group was 92.5 %. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebro- basilar artery insufficiency.
