双元素金属掺杂纳米TiO_2的制备及其光催化性能 被引量:3

Preparation of Double Metallic Element Doped TiO_2 Nanoparticles and Their Photocatalytic Performance

摘要 以钛酸四正丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纯净和掺杂Ce-Cu、Ce-Ag的纳米TiO2颗粒,使用X射线衍射(XRD)对其进行表征,并在紫外光下,以甲基橙光催化降解为模型反应,研究了不同掺杂种类掺杂量对纳米TiO2光催化活性的影响.结果表明:合适的Ce-Cu和Ce-Ag掺杂量可有效提高TiO2光催化活性,并可降低其相转变温度. The pure and Ce - Cu,Ce - Ag doped TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by a sol-gel method with Ti(OBu)4 as raw material and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The photocatalytic activities of the pure and double elements doped TiO2 nanoparticles on activities were investigated by the photoeatalytic degradation of methyl orange under ultraviolet light. The results showed that the photocatalytic performance of TiO2 increased greatly owning to Ce - Cu,Ce - Ag doping elements, and the phase inversion temperature of TiO2 decreased through doping modification.
