摘要 纤维线密度及直径不匀率是影响纱线条干的重要因素.目前成纱条干的极限不匀率主要是根据Martindale公式得出的,该公式虽然综合考虑了纤维线密度及直径不匀率对成纱条干均匀度的影响,但没有分别反映出二者对成纱条干的影响程度.因此,利用图像解析的方法,分析两组分纤维混纺时纤维线密度关系对成纱极限不匀的影响,得出当二者线密度系数约为0.2~0.3时,理论上可达到最小的条干不匀. Fiber linear density and its irregularity are the dominant factors of yarn unevenness. At present, the theoretical unevenness of yarn is mainly derived from the unevenness formula given by Martindale. Although the fiber linear density and its irregularity were taken into account in this formula, their contribution to the unevenness of yarn was not given out clearly. So the ratio of linear density of two components fibers was introduced, and the relation between yarn theoretical unevenness and fiber linear density and its irregularity was drew and analyzed. The result was that when the linear density ratio of the two components was between 0. 2 and 0. 3, the lowest theoretical unevenness of yarn could be obtained.
