本文首先阐述了制造企业实施物流外包的重要性,然后对制造企业实施物流外包的潜在风险进行了深入分析,最后从企业部门重新构建与职能划分、设立动态外包风险管理制度、共同建立双赢合作伙伴关系、建立物流外包绩效评价体系四方面探讨了制造业应对物流外包风险的对策。
