摘要
我国虽然是产煤大国,但是煤炭作为不可再生资源,其总量是有限的,所以如何对现有的煤炭资源进行科学管理,找到我国煤炭资源使用的最优方法显得十分重要。基于Hotelling模型的分析,探究我国煤炭资源的最优使用方法,完善煤碳市场的相关机制,发挥科学技术第一生产力的作用,可为我国煤炭资源的合理使用找到有力的理论支撑。
Although China has a big production of coal, as a non-renewable resources, the total amount is limited. So it is very important to carry on scientific management to existing coal resources, and to find optimal methods to exploit the valuable resources. This paper is based on the analysis of the Hotelling model, to explore the optimal methods to utilize the coal resources, and strive for finding theoretical support.
