本文系统的分析了高校图书馆人本管理的要素。论述了网络环境下高校图书馆应用人本管理模式开展图书馆的一切活动的具体方法、策略和合理高效的机制。
This article systematically analyzed the factors of humanistic management of university library, discussed the concrete methods and strategy of university library applying humanistic management model and the reasonable and efficient mechanism under network environment.
