摘要
本文从资源整体布局的合理性、读者需求层次的平衡性、资源类型的平衡性、投入和效益的一致性、数量和质量的兼顾性、重点学科资源建设的特色性等6个方面研究了高校图书馆资源建设如何平衡与侧重问题,并结合我校图书馆的实际得出了图书馆资源建设是一个高度整合又是一个高度细分化的网络体系,需要突出资源禀赋特色和优化配置的结论。
Based on the rationality of the overall structure, the fairness of reader requirement level and the types of resources, the coherence of the input and benefit, the both consideration of the quality and quantity, the characteristic of constructing the key subject reso~, this paper researched on how to balance or emphasis on the constructing of library resources. Con- sidering the actual situation of university library, we could get the conclusion that the constructing of library resources was a highly subdivision network system which needed to highlight the characteristics and optimize the configuration.
