摘要
采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对19株生产用平菇菌种的酯酶同工酶进行了研究。共检测到16条谱带、17种酶带类型。通过聚类分析,将19株菌分成六大类群,E2(0.172)带是第一类群的特征谱带、E5(0.317)和E13(0.800)带是第三类群的特征谱带。北平4和石2026、北平1和北平9存在同种异名现象。试验结果表明,平菇酯酶多样性丰富,菌株之间的差异显著,可以作为鉴定平菇菌种真实性的依据。
The multiplicity of esterase isozyme of 19 Pleurotus ostreatus strains was studied using the vertical slab gel electrophoresis of polacrylamide in this paper. 16 different bands of transport ratio and 17 types of enzyme bands were determined totally. The 19 strains were clustered into 6 large groups through the cluster analysis. The E2(0. 172) band was the characteristic band of the first group. The E5(0. 317) and El3(0. 800) bands were the characteristic bands of the third group. Beiping4 and Shi2026, Beiping1 and Beiping9 were the same species respectively. The results showed that the multiplicity of Pleurotus ostreatus esterase isozyme was rich ,and the differences between strains were significant, so it could be used for authenticity verification of Pleurotus ostreatus strains.
