摘要
回用酵母发酵生产甘油的发酵周期比一次性菌种发酵短40~60h,平均产甘油率(846%)、转化率(416%)与一次性菌种发酵相当.采用回用酵母、高营养、低初始糖浓度、分批补料的工艺,不仅发酵周期短,而且平均产甘油率达1002%,转化率达46%,残糖较低,因此,此工艺对目前许多甘油发酵厂家具有一定应用价值.
The fermentation period in the glycerol production by reutilization yeast fermentation is 40~60 hours shorter than that of which yeast seed is used in.The average rate of glycerol production(846%,863%)and of glycerol transformation(416%,420%)in the two technology are very close. When the fed-batch fermentation is applied in the medium possessing high concentration of nutriment and low concentration of initial glucose,the fermentation period is short,the residue of glucose is low and the average rate of glycerol production and of glycerol transformation reach 1002%,46%,respectively.So the technology is worth practicing in the factories of glycerol production.
