摘要
综述了植物多酚的化学性质与其在功能性化妆品中的应用之间的关系。作为一大类广泛存在的天然产物，植物多酚所具有的共性，如收敛性、清除自由基、抗紫外线辐射、抑制酪氨酸酶和过氧化酶活性、保湿性以及其它多种生理活性，使其在抗衰老和美白化妆品的配制中起到多种独特的功效。
This paper summarizes the relationships between activities of plant polyphenols and their applications in cosmetics. These natural products have some generalities,such as astringency, scavenging of free radicals,protecting from UV,inhibiting of tyrosinase,etc. which make them be effective addives in antiaging and skin-lightening cosmetics.
