摘要
介绍中国石化齐鲁分公司塑料厂部分动设备的现状,阐述变频调速器节能原理,并以泵类应用为例,通过理论计算与实际测量结果说明变频调速器应用的节能效果。结果表明,采用变频调速器后的动设备对塑料厂的节能降耗成效明显。
Described the current situation of part of dynamic equipment in plastics complex of Qilu branch Co. , elaborated the energy saving principle of conversion speed controller. Take the case of conversion speed controller application in pumps, through theoretical calculation and actual test results, explained energy saving effect with the application of conversion speed controller. The results showed the effect of energy saving and consumption reducing in plastics complex was remarkable after the dynamic equipments adopted conversion speed con- troller.
