阐述了设计方案优化对建设投资可能产生的影响,分析了设计方案优化运作困难的成因,提出了搞好优化设计工作、降低工程造价、控制建设投资的措施。
The paper elaborates the possible influence of optimizing the design scheme on the construction investment, analyzes the causes of difficulty in optimizing the design scheme, and puts forth measures concerning optimizing the design scheme, lowering the construction cost and controlling the construction investment.
