摘要
通过理论计算和透气率的比较,找出了一种新的方法,可以直观而有效地分析各种织物的孔隙率。同时,分析了孔隙率与织物的防紫外性能之间的关系。研究表明:图像处理方法测试的孔隙率具有很好的重现性。孔隙率和紫外透过率之间存在着线性关系,孔隙率越大,紫外透过率越大,相应的紫外防护性能就越差。
Comparing the theoretically calculation with gas permeability rate, this article proposed a new method to estimate the porosity of different woven fabrics intuitively and effectively. It also analyzed the relationship between the porosity and the anti-UV performance. The research demonstrated that the porosity obtained by image processing method can well reflect the anti-UV performance. The porosity has linear relationship with the UV penetration rate. The higher the porosity, the higher the UV penetration, and the worse the anti-UV performance.
