摘要
该文介绍了MRB型单一氧化剂乳化炸药的配方、性能、半连续化生产线的设计、生产实践及其在狮子山矿的推广应用。着重分析了国内采用螺杆泵输送预乳液（或基质）曾发生的事故原因，并提出了在实践中已被证明卓有成效的技安措施。
The prescription of MRB emulsion explosive with single oxidizer, its production line, production practice and its application in Shizishan mine were presented in this paper. Accidents happened in our country were analyzed emphatically during the transportation of pre-emulsified solution (or matrix) by a screw pump, and some technical safety measures which had been proved to be effective were also put forward.
