摘要
以Mendelson在评价三维尺寸时所描述的陶瓷结构特征为基础,对不同σ,μ值的等轴晶粒三维尺寸对数正态分布进行等区间数据处理.利用仿真切割方法得到随机截面,并进行随机截线长度、概率的计算,得到随机截线分布并以此建立尺寸分布数据库.在实际应用时,通过测量材料切面上晶粒的随机截线,可绘制出随机截线分布曲线,再通过对尺寸分布数据库的检索,找出与实测随机截线分布相吻合的随机截线分布,得到所对应的三维尺寸分布的σ,μ值,从而得到材料内部晶粒的三维尺寸分布.
Based on the structural characterization described by Mendelson while evaluating three-dimensional size, the equal interval data processing was performed for the lognormal three-dimensional size distribution of equiaxed grain with different σ and τ values. The random sections were obtained using the emulation slicing method. Through calculating the random linear intercept length and its probability, the random linear intercept distribution was determined, and thus the database of the size distribution was established. The practical application reveals that through measuring the random linear intercept of grains on the material section, the corresponding random linear intercept distribution can be drawn. And then through searching the database of the size distribution, the random linear intercept distribution matching to the measured one can be determined. Therefore, the o- and/x values corresponding to three-dimensional size distribution and the three-dimensional size distribution of grains inside the material can be obtained.
