摘要
目的 了解子痫前期患者外周血免疫相关基因的差异表达,探索其与子痫前期发病的关系。方法选择4例重度子痫前期患者为研究对象,以4例正常妊娠妇女为对照,应用基因芯片技术检测两组孕妇外周血差异基因表达谱,了解子痫前期外周血免疫相关基因的异常表达。结果在所检测的21000个基因中,出现2次重复一致差异表达的免疫相关基因共有33个,子痫前期组差异表达上调基因23个,下调基因10个。结论免疫相关基因的差异表达可能是子痫前期发病的原因之一。
Objective To investigate the differential expression of immunity - related genes in peripheral blood leucocytes between preeelampsia and normal pregnancy cases, and to explore the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. Method The differential gene expression files of 4 severe preeclampsia and 4 normal pregnancy cases were studied using cDNA array technique in order to identify the differential expression of immunity - related genes. Results 33 differentially expressed immunity - related genes had the concordance in at least 2 cases among total 21000 genes. 23 genes were up - regulated and 10 were down - regulated. Conclusions Differential expression of immunity - related genes in peripheral leucocytes from preeclampsia may be responsible for the molecular mechanism of preeclampsia .
