摘要
高校社科学报目前存在着实力不强、质量不高、办刊困难的局面,要改变这种状况,就要贯彻落实科学发展观,明确学报的发展方向、本质和核心,发展的基本内涵和基本要求,使高校学报真正拥有一席之地。
The Scientific the grand goal set for outlook on development is of great significance not only to the fulfilment of building a moderately prosperous society as well as a harmonious one,but also to the innovation and development in university journals of social sciences edition. At present,these journals face such difficulties as their weak academic research power, poor quality and shortage of funds. To change the current situation,we should implement the scientific outlook on development,and make out our development orientation,distinctive features,and basic connotations and requirements,so as to raise university journals to a new height.
