摘要
对北京燕山石化公司二甲苯装置从生产对二甲苯改造为生产间二甲苯以来反应系统的运行状况进行了分析。根据反应原理,并结合实际情况,找出了装置反应系统乙苯转化率及反应收率低下的原因,制定出解决方案,取得了良好效果。
The reaction status of the meta-xylene plant from MX revamp in BYPC are analysed. Low conversion of ethylbenzene and low purity of reaction are discussed by reaction mechanisms and factual status of the meta-xylene plant. The countermeasures on improving the conversion of EB and the purity of reaction are put forward.
