摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展,外资进入中国产业的广度和深度在不断加强,作为外商投资主体之一的跨国公司对中国企业的并购行为也在频繁发生,这对中国的产业安全甚至经济安全产生了现实和潜在的影响。本文围绕我国汽车产业安全问题,针对我国汽车的国内市场需求状况、其产业自身存在的问题及跨国并购对其影响等进行了分析,并探讨了提高我国汽车产业安全的相关措施。
With the rapid development of China＇s economy, the inflow of foreign investments increases in both width and depth, and the mergers and acquisitions of China＇s enterprises by multinationals, one of the main foengn investors, happen frequently. All of these cause the existing and potential menace to the safety of China＇s industries, even to China＇s economy. This paper focuses on the safety of China＇s automobile industry, analyzing the domestic market of homemade automobiles, the existing problems in the industry itself and the impact caused by the mergers and acquisitions by multinationals, and exploring the measures to improve the sagety of China＇s automobile industry.
