摘要
在激烈的市场竞争中,港口装卸企业要狠抓企业内部成本控制。本文针对港口装卸企业成本组成的独特性,分析研究了成本管理控制方面存在的问题,提出了解决问题的措施。
The stevedoring enterprise of port should pay more attention to inner costs control under the intense market competition. This paper analyzes and researches the problems in cost control according to the unique characteristics of cost＇s constitution in the stevedoring enterprises of port. It also puts forward a few countermeasures.
