摘要
通过回顾知识资本与组织绩效之间关系的理论与实证相关文献,发现在以往的研究中,知识资本与组织绩效之间的关系并不都是显著相关的,在不同环境和企业情况影响下其结果不同;根据分析,提出知识资本的构成部分——人力资本、组织资本和关系资本之间的相互作用机理,推测出知识资本与这种相互作用关系对组织绩效存在着显著的正向关系。
Through reviewing some related records of the theories and practices of the relationships between the knowledge capital and the organization performance, this paper finds that in the past researches, all the relationships between the knowledge capital and the organization performance are not significantly correlated, under different environments and different influences of enterprise situations, the results are different, and based on the analysis, puts forward the interaction mechanism among the components of the knowledge capital, the human capital, organization capital and relation capital, and guesses at that the knowledge capital and the interaction mechanism possess obvious positive relationship.
