摘要
重点研究了在岐化松香皂(DRS)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和间次甲基萘磺酸盐(NF)组成三元复合乳化剂体系中DRS初始用量及补加方式对聚丁二烯胶乳(PBL)粒子形态的影响。结果表明,当DRS初始用量为1.2%,在转化率分别为25%、50%和70%下各补加DRS0.4、0.4和0.2份时,可较好地控制PBL粒子形态和分布,其平均粒径不小于0.25μm。且PBL试验重复性好,接枝共混后制得ABS缺口冲击强度达298.9J/m。
The synthesis and application of PBL for ABS resin by direct emulsion polymerization were studied. It has been found that many factors, such as, disproportional rosin soap(DRS) concentration at first, feeding mode on particle and distribution of PLB. In addition, the PBL experiment repeatability and ABS resin property have been investigated too. The results show that regular shape and narrower distribution of PBL particle can be easily obtained when 0.4, 0.4 and 0.2 phr, emulsifier of DRS are respectively added at 25%, 50% and 70% conversation, and DRS concentration at first is 1.2%, moreover, average diameter of PBL particles is not less than 0.25 μm. Stable duplication synthesized PBL have been demonstrated, and izo impact strength of ABS mode from PBL could also attain to 298.9 J/m.
