摘要
讨论了三种发泡剂AC、EXOCEXOL.232和HYDROCEROL.BIH与HIPS挤出自由低发泡制品的密度和泡孔结构的关系,以及交联剂、成核剂对制品的影响,并利用偏光显微镜观察了泡孔结构形态。试验表明:放热性发泡剂AC与所用HIPS树脂配合效果较好,发泡制品泡孔均匀细密;吸热性发泡剂BIH与所用HIPS配合效果较差,泡孔较大;而吸放热发泡剂232效果介于两者之间。
The relations among three kinds of foaming agents, AV, EXOCEXOL. 232 and HYDROCEROL. BIH, and the density and foam structures of the extruded free low foamed HIPS properties, the influence of the crosslink-ing agent and nucleator on HIPS product were discussed. The morphological structure of foam was observed by polarizing microscope. The results show that the cell of foam product is fine close and homogenization using exothermic foaming agent, the cell is larger compared with endothermic foaming agent BIH, and the effect is between AC and BIH using foaming agent 232.
