摘要
苯并环丁烯(Benzocyclobutene,BCB)是一种受热活化的化合物,能形成高活性的中间体,中间体既可自身发生聚合反应,也可与亲二烯化合物发生Diels-Alder反应,形成高聚物。本文综述了苯并环丁烯化合物的化学反应原理及其形成的聚合物材料的性能和应用,并对此材料的发展趋势和前景作了讨论。
Benzocyclobutene is a thermally activated precursor to the highly reactive intermediate orthoquinodimethane. The intermediate will react either with itself or dienophile in a DielsAlder fashion. The chemical reaction principle for benzocyclobutene compounds, the properties and applications of polymers from benzocyclobutenes are reviewed in this paper. The tendency and prospect for the development of the materials are also discussed.
