摘要
大学生思想政治教育面临高等教育对象新变化带来的挑战,对此,大学生思想政治教育要观念创新,树立"以人为本"观念、服务观念和效益观念;内容创新,弘扬民族精神,丰富校园文化和加强自我教育;方法创新,善于运用信息网络技术,加强心理疏导,注重人文关怀,由单纯说教向多种载体传播转变;机制创新,在管理机制、激励机制、保障机制和评估机制创新;制度创新,规范思想政治理论课的课堂教育制度,规范教育者的示范制度,规范思想政治教育课外教育形式制度。
Currently, challenges, such as economic globalization, informational networking, ＂ Four Diversifications＂, development of a university itself and new changes of college students . The above challenges are analysed and ideas on how to innovate college students＇ ideological and political education in the new period, such as innovations in concept, content, methodology, mechanism, institution, etc, are discussed in this paper.
