摘要
采用等离子体电解氧化技术(Plasma Electrolysis Oxidation,PEO)在铸造铝硅合金表面制备了陶瓷层,电解液为磷酸盐系列。利用PEO自动采集控制系统对工作电流、电压进行实时采集,利用表面轮廓仪、SEM对陶瓷层的粗糙度和表面形貌进行了研究。结果表明:PEO过程中存在四个典型阶段性特征。所制备陶瓷层存在孔洞和微裂纹,尺寸随处理时间延长而增大。瞬态伏安特性研究表明,PEO存在阳极氧化和击穿放电两个重要特征,陶瓷的生长主要在击穿放电阶段,其陶瓷化过程为击穿放电、高温烧结、微弧熄灭、氧化物冷凝。
Ceramic coatings were prepared on cast aluminum-silicon alloy by plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) in phosphate electrolyte. The values of current and voltage were collected by an auto-PEO system. Surface roughness and morphology were studied by surface profiler stylus and SEM. The results show that there are four different typical stages during PEO process. The size of discharge channel and micro cracks increase with increasing treatment time. Transient I-V properties indicate that anodizing and microarc discharge are significant features during PEO process, and ceramic coatings are mainly obtained at the stage of micro arc discharge. The processes during a pulse period are microarc discharge, high- temperature sintering, micro-discharge extinguished and oxides condensation.
