摘要
针对罐盖拉环5182铝合金烤漆后需有足够高的强度来满足实际需要,探讨了中间退火工艺对该合金性能的影响。通过拉伸试验、维氏硬度、显微组织、扫描电镜和耐烘烤、涂层等方法测试分析。结果表明:5182合金250℃×3h半退火的带材,比完全退火工艺350℃×3h的带材,涂层前后的抗拉强度和屈服强度提高了10—15MPa,伸长率也有小幅度的升高。并将该工艺应用于国内某品牌罐盖拉环料的生产,取得良好效果。
In order to make 5182 aluminum alloy strips have adequate strength to satisfy engineering demand, the intermediate annealing process was investigated. The tensile tests, SEM observation and anti-baking test and coating test were performed. The results indicate that the tensile and yield strength of the strips annealed at 250℃ for 3 h increases about 10 - 15MPa compared with that annealed at 350℃ for 3h. The elongation of strips is also improved. The 5182 aluminum alloy strips produced using the annealing process are satisfactory for application in can cover.
