摘要
介绍了以低浓度氯乙醇、三甲胺、催化剂为主要原料合成饲料添加剂氯化胆碱的中试工艺研究,并且总结了中试工艺条件和应用试验结果.实验分别就物料比、加料方式、温度、时间、催化剂等对反应的影响进行了研究,取得了最佳生产工艺条件,使得产品收率达到了97%以上.并在某养殖场分别对猪、鸡进行了饲喂试验。
The pilotscale production of choline chloride as feed additive has been achieved by using chloroethanol and trimethylamine of low concentrations along with a catalyst. The conditions of pilotscale production and the results of applied experiments have been summarized here the yield was over 97% under the optimum conditions.
