摘要
越来越多的证据显示,内皮祖细胞(EPCs)参与生理性及病理性血管形成。临床前研究也证明体内动员和体外移植EPCs均可以促进缺血后组织内的血管新生,为缺血性疾病治疗性血管新生提供了新策略。现综述近几年EPCs的最新进展并探讨EPCs移植治疗缺血性疾病存在的问题及应用前景。
