摘要
本文介绍了利用石材数控加工中心,结合Pro/E三维编程软件在石材上进行立体文字雕刻。阐述了字体造型、建模的方法,利用Pro/E三维编程软件进行立体文字编程的工艺方法、刀具设置及加工策略,介绍了三维立体文字Pro/E编程的全过程。扩展石材数控加工中心在石材立体文字雕刻中的应用。
This article is involved in that the 3D characters are carved by using Stone Numerical Machining Center and Pro/E software. In this article, the modeling methods of characters are introduced. The machining technology, tool setting and cutting strategy by Pro/E software are involved. The application of Stone Numerical Machining Centre in 3D character carving is extended.
