摘要
针对目前陶瓷明焰窑温度控制中存在的问题和国产明焰窑的特点。在控制算法上采用模糊控制与时间比例分割控制相结合的变结构智能控制策略，在系统组成上采用主从分布式控制的总体方案。并设计出了以这种方式为核心的陶瓷明焰窑温度控制的硬件和系统软件。
According to the present problems being temperature for Ceramic Open Flame Kiln and the national features of it, the intelligent control strategy combining .Fuzzy control and Time sharing control is adopted in the control methods.The mastersalve distrbution control is used in the system composition.The hardwares and softwares of the system based on this methods are designed.
