摘要
硼酸锌是陶瓷强助熔剂，适合低温快烧工艺。坯、釉中引入硼酸锌可改善泥浆性能，降低坯、釉烧成温度，显著提高产品质量。文中介绍合成硼酸锌的反应原理、工艺路线、最佳工艺条件及应用实例。采用ＤＴＡ、ＸＲＤ、ＳＥＭ等手段对合成的硼酸锌进行了性能测试。
Zinc borate is ceramic strong flux suitable to low temperature quick fire process. Zinc borate is added to the biscuit and glaze to improve the performance of slip, reduce the firing temperature of the biscuit and glaze,and therefore improve the product quality. The paper introduces the reaction principle, flow sheet, the optimal process condition and application example of synthesizing zinc borate. The performance test of synthesizing zinc borate is carried out by the methods of DTA, XRD and SEM etc.
