防紫外线精纺毛涤混纺织物性能研究与风格评价 被引量:4

Performance study and handle style evaluation of ultraviolet-resistant worsted polyester/wool blend fabric

摘要 通过防紫外线纤维与防缩羊毛纤维的原料选择、混纺纱线纺制和织物设计与织造,获得了系列规格的毛混纺轻薄面料,赋予织物持久的凉爽性、防紫外线特性。对织物的抗紫外线性能和热湿舒适性进行了测试与分析,并对织物用于夏季男士衬衫面料的手感风格进行了计算和评价。结果表明:该系列织物具有较好的防紫外线性能和热湿舒适性能;为保证织物具有较好的热湿舒适性能,织物的的紧度不宜过大;该批织物作为男士夏季衬衣面料,其基本风格和综合风格数值属于中等或偏上水平,比较适合作为男士夏季衬衣面料。 Various specifications of worsted fabrics woven by ultraviolet resistant polyester fiber/wool blended yarn, endued with better ultraviolet resistant property and comfortable property, were got by choosing different blend ratios, designing spinning process and its main technical parameters. The ultraviolet protected effect and the heat and moisture performance of different specifications of blend fabric were tested and analyzed. The handle styles of the fabric as summer used man's shirt were calculated and evaluated. It is suggested from the result, the serious woven fabrics have good ultraviolet resistant property and comfortable property. In order to obtain better comfortable property for summer used fabric, proper tightness should be set in condition that the ultraviolet resistant property meets need. The fabric is eligible when using as man's summer shirt, due to the medium or higher basic and integrated handle style.
