摘要
目的:研究影响脑得生口服液制备的因素,确定最佳工艺条件。方法:选用L9(34)进行正交设计实验,对脑得生口服液的提取工艺进行优选,以葛根素含量为指标,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳工艺条件为加水量为8倍药材量,煎煮2次,每次2小时,醇沉浓度为70%。结论:该工艺稳定可靠,简便易行,可用于脑得生口服液的工业化生产。
Objective：To study the factor which had effect on the preparation technology of Naodesheng oral liquid, Select the best process. Methods：By determining puerarin in extract, the process was optimized with orthogonal design with 4 factors and 3 levels. Employing the content of Puerarin,the effects of the time and cycles of extracting,the amount of water on the extracting process were investigated. Results： The most favorable conditions were 8 times amount of water for 2 cycles, and every extracting time was 120 minutes. Conclusion ：The process was stable and reliable, easy and available ,suitable for manufacturing of Naodesheng oral liquid.
