摘要
目的:研究影响脑得生口服液制备的因素,确定最佳工艺条件。方法:选用L9(34)进行正交设计实验,对脑得生口服液的提取工艺进行优选,以葛根素含量为指标,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳工艺条件为加水量为8倍药材量,煎煮2次,每次2小时,醇沉浓度为70%。结论:该工艺稳定可靠,简便易行,可用于脑得生口服液的工业化生产。
Objective:To study the factor which had effect on the preparation technology of Naodesheng oral liquid, Select the best process. Methods:By determining puerarin in extract, the process was optimized with orthogonal design with 4 factors and 3 levels. Employing the content of Puerarin,the effects of the time and cycles of extracting,the amount of water on the extracting process were investigated. Results: The most favorable conditions were 8 times amount of water for 2 cycles, and every extracting time was 120 minutes. Conclusion :The process was stable and reliable, easy and available ,suitable for manufacturing of Naodesheng oral liquid.
