摘要
为了制备间接电解氧化用的Mn3+,对硫酸锰均相电解氧化反应进行了实验研究.考察了电解时间、电极材料、硫酸锰浓度、硫酸浓度、阴阳极面积比及电解温度对电流效率和电解效率的影响.通过实验得出:采用炭棒做阴极,铅皮做阳极,Mn2+浓度为0307mol·L-1,硫酸浓度为842mol·L-1,阴阳极面积比为1∶7,电解温度为40℃,电解2h,电流效率和电解效率分别可达5685%和4853%.
The electrooxidation of manganious salts was investigated.The conditions of electroreaction were discussed.The experimental results show crayon as catelectrode,lead sheet as electrode,concentration of Mn 2+ and sulfuric acid is 0.307 mol\5L -1 and 8.42 mol\5L -1 ,area ratio of catelectrode to electrode is 1∶7,temperature of the reaction is 40 ℃,current efficiency is 56.85 %
