摘要
招标阶段业主的风险控制是整个建设项目过程中风险控制的关键,通过对建设项目招标中业主面临的主要风险因素进行分析,提出了相关的风险控制办法,降低了业主的风险.
The key risk control in construction projects is during phase Bid inviting. This paper analyses the risk factor to the proprietor in construction projects Bid inviting, and the manipulative methods were given at the same time, reducing the risk for proprietor.
