摘要
研究了过氧化甲乙酮为固化剂对不饱和树脂聚合产物力学特性的影响,通过改变过氧化甲乙酮的加入量考察聚合产物的抗弯强度和抗压强度.实验结果表明,当过氧化甲乙酮的加入量为1.0%左右时,聚合产物的抗弯强度和抗压强度达到了极大值,在显微镜下对聚合产物形貌的观察,发现随着过氧化甲乙酮的加入量增大,聚合产物内的产生的气泡也越多,使其力学强度变弱.研究表明过氧化甲乙酮的加入量过大或过小会对聚合产物的力学特性产生不利的影响.
We studied the influences of the Ethyl-methyl-ketone-peroxide (MEKP)as a curing agent for the mechanical properties of the polymers of unsaturated polyester resin. The bending and compressive strengths of polymers were investigated by changing the dosage of MEKP. The experimental results show that the bending and compressive strengths of polymers reached their maximum values at 1.0% MEKP. Optical images show that the bubbles in polymers were increased with the increasing of Ethyl-methyl-ketone-peroxide, which resulted in the weakness of mechanical intensities. Therefore excessive or too litde MEKP has disadvantageous effects on the mechanical properties of polymers. 3figs.,1tab., 10refs.
