摘要
目前在氧化铝生产过程中弹簧式安全阀被广泛地使用在各种压力容器设备和压力管道系统上。它是确保压力容器及压力管道安全正常运行的最为重要的安全附件之一。如果弹簧式安全阀在使用过程中出现的故障不能及时消除,就不能对设备及管道系统起到安全保护作用,甚至发生事故。安全阀工作的可靠与否直接关系到设备及人身的安全,所以必须给予重视。本文就弹簧式安全阀出现的常见主要故障从5个方面分别进行分析,并给出消除故障保证弹簧式安全阀正常运行的解决方法。
At present, the spring--loaded safety valves are widely used on different pressure vessel and pressure pipeline system during alumina production. It is one of the most important safety accessories which can guarantee the safe and normal operation of pressure vessels and pressure pipeline systems. If fault happened during spring--loaded safety valve operation can not be cleared up timely, then, the equipment and pipeline system may lose the safety protection, and accident may occur indeed. Operation reliability of the safety valve will be referred directly to safety of equipment and personnel. So, we shall pay important attention to it. This report will analyze respectively from five aspects the main faults occurring usually during spring--loaded valve operation, and give out the solution to remove faults and ensure the normal operation of the spring--loaded safety valve.
