摘要
制备了预分散溶剂萃取过程所需的胶质液体和气体泡沫。探讨了对它们的稳定性及性质的影响因素。结果表明,油相本身的性质对胶质液体泡沫的制备及稳定性有决定性作用;随着油相表面活性剂浓度的提高,相体积比的升高,搅拌的增强以及滴加速度的减小,胶质液体泡沫的粒径减小。表面活性剂的类型对胶质气体泡沫的稳定性影响较大。随着表面活性剂浓度的升高,稳定性有一定的提高,而搅拌时间对各种性质的影响程度较小。
Predispersed solvent extraction is a new method for separating solutes from aqueous solution by solvent extraction and one which has shown promises for extraction from extremely dilute solution very efficient and very quickly. The central part of this novel technique is the use of colloidal liquid aphrons (CLA) together with colloidal gas aphrons (CGA). Preparation of CLA and CGA; selection of suitable surfactant, determination of the surfactant concentration and effect of various operating parameters on the CLA and CGA sizes and stability have been systematically investigated. It has been shown from the experiments that the solvent itself plays a vital role in the preparation and stability of CLA. The effect of surfactant types on the stability of CGA is great.
