摘要
目的评价改良Twinblock矫治器结合多曲方丝弓技术治疗恒牙早期骨性安氏II1类错的临床效果。方法21例11~15岁下颌发育不足为主的恒牙早期骨性安氏II1类错患者,经改良Twinblock矫治器结合多曲方丝弓技术治疗,并于治疗前后均拍摄头颅X线侧位片,进行测量和分析。结果所有患者经过双期治疗,II类磨牙关系矫治为I类关系,覆覆盖减小,咬合关系较好,头影测量下颌骨的变化显著,SNB角增大,下颌升支高度、下颌体长度增加,ANB角减小,矢状关系改善,侧貌协调。结论改良Twinblock矫治器与多曲方丝弓技术结合矫治骨性安氏II1类错切实可行。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of modified Twinblock and muhiloop edgewise arch wire(MEAW) technology on patients with skeletal class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion in permanent dentition. Methods Twenty-one patients aged 11- 15 yeas old with skeletal class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion in permanent dentition were treated with modified Twinblock and MEAW technology. The cephalometric radiographs were taken before and after procedure,to compare the changes pre and post treatment. Results After two stages orthodontic treatment, Class Ⅱ malocclusal relationship was corrected to Class I, ANB angle was significantly reduced. The overjet and overbite corrected significantly, and mandibularramas height (Ar-Go), mandibular body length (Go-Gn) increased respectively. In addition, the mandibular development was remarkable improved, the profile became balanced. Conclusion The modified Twinblock and MEAW technology were proved to helpful in treatment skeletal class Ⅱ division 1 patients in permanent dentition. wire technology
