摘要
我国蔬菜产业的快速发展对菜农种植方式提出了更高的要求,本文比较分析了菜农蔬菜露地种植方式和保护地种植方式的意愿选择和实际选择行为的影响因素。研究表明:菜农是否认可和接受不同蔬菜种植方式带来的预期收益直接影响菜农种植方式的意愿选择,而菜农面临的相关资源禀赋约束是阻碍菜农种植方式意愿选择转为实际选择的关键因素。现阶段通过改善菜农相关资源禀赋约束,将是我国蔬菜小农化生产方式向规模化、集约化、专一化蔬菜生产方式转变的重要途径之一。
The rapid development of China＇s vegetable industry puts more demand on the farmers＇planting modes of vegetables, the choice of which is influenced by various factors. The paper comparatively analyzed the farmer＇ s willingness choice and actual choice on the planting modes of vegetables on open field and protected field and their influencing factors. The results show that the farmer＇s willingness choice on the planting modes of vegetables is directly influenced by the their recognition and acceptance of the amount of the prospective earnings brought by different planting mechanisms, while the related resources inadequacies are the key factors that hinder the farm- ers＇ turning their pre-choice into actual one. The personal characteristics of the farmers and the inadequacy of la- bor are not yet the main influencing factors. The adequacy of land, water, and accessibility of capital and tech- nology, the stable sales channel and the government＇s related support all also influence a lot on farmers＇ actual choice of planting mechanism of vegetables, At present, reversing the situation of the inadequacy of the related resources will be one of the most important ways to change China＇s small-scale production into large-seale, inten- sive and specialized vegetable planting mechanism.
