科技信息对科学技术发展起着重要的作用,科研工作离不开科技信息。要促进单位科研水平的提高,必须认识科技信息在科技创新中的作用与重要地位,加强科技信息研究和管理,开拓科技信息领域,充分利用科技信息资源为科技创新工作服务,为科学研究服务。
Scientific and technical information play an important role in the science and technology development, scientific research can not be separated from the work of scientific and teehnologieal information, in order to promote and raise the research level of institutes, the important position of the scientific and technical information in the technological innovation must be understand fully.
