摘要
2005年秋对安邦河湿地自然保护区底栖动物进行了较系统的调查。利用Excel对数据进行初步处理;通过DPSv7.55软件分析密度和生物量与环境因子的关联度;利用指示生物和生物学指数评价水质现状。研究结果为,安邦河湿地自然保护区大型底栖动物17种,水生昆虫中摇蚊属占绝对优势类群;底栖动物密度在分布区内变化为:D边缘区>D核心区、D上游>D下游;底栖动物密度与环境因子中的营养盐DIP关联最大;物种多样性与水体营养水平呈相反趋势。目前安邦河湿地自然保护区水体有向富营养水平过渡的趋势。利用底栖动物群落结构与理化指标相结合能反应水质状况,因此该研究可以进一步完善安邦河湿地自然保护区水质监测方法。
In 2005 fall, we conducted an investigation on the community structure of zoobenthos in Anbang River Wetland Nature Reserves. Excel was used for disposing data. Identified the relationship between density, biomass and environment factors by means of DPSv7.55. K-dominance curve was used for analyzing biodiversity in sample spots. Using show biologies combined with biology index to estimate water quality. Density level of zoobenthos varying from high to low are:border〉 Core,upper reaches〉 lower reaches. The density of zoobenthos conjuncted most with DIP which is one of the environment factors. And there was a trend of transition to eutrophic in Anbang River Wetland Reserves presently. Chironomus of aquatic insects is absolute advantage species. Biodiversity and water nutrition level assumed opposite trend. Community structure of zoobenthos was a better way to reflect water quality and improved the methods to check it in Anbang River Wetland Nature Reserves.
