摘要
集约用地已经成为缓解我国土地供需矛盾的必然途径。在分析怒江州土地利用现状的基础上,运用综合评价法,构建了一套科学合理、简单易行的集约利用评价指标体系和评价方法,对怒江州的建设用地集约利用水平进行评价,并对评价结果进行分析,进而结合怒江州的实际情况提出促进其建设用地集约利用的途径和措施。
To use land intensively is an essential way to relieve the contradiction between supply and demand of Chinas land. According to an analysis of land use in Nujiang Autonomous Prefecture, the paper,using comprehensive evaluation method, set up a reasonable and practicable evaluation index system. This system was used to evaluate the level intensive use of the construction land in Nujiang. Methods and measures were put forward to promote the intensive use of the land for Nujiang Autonomous Prefecture.
