铁纤维添加对烧结Nd-Fe-B永磁材料磁性能和力学性能的影响

Effect of Iron Fiber Additives on the Magnetic and Mechanical Properties of Sintered Nd-Fe-B Magnet Material

摘要 烧结Nd-Fe-B永磁材料具有优异的磁性能,但是其力学性能较差,对其应用产生了不利影响。本实验通过在烧结Nd-Fe-B磁粉中添加铁纤维,分析了铁纤维对材料磁性能、力学性能等的影响。结果表明,剩磁Br随铁纤维添加量的增加先略有提高然后降低,矫顽力Hcj和方形度Hk/Hcj均降低;铁纤维没有起到增韧的作用,反使力学性能降低。 In spite of its outstanding magnetic properties, sintered Nd-Fe-B magnet has poor mechanical properties, which have adverse influences on its applications. The sintered magnets were prepared using iron fiber additives and their effect on the magnetic and mechanical properties of magnets were studied. With increasing the content of iron fibers, the remanence first increases slightly and then decreases; the coercivity and squareness decrease monotonously. Instead of improving the mechanical properties of the magnets, iron fiber additives reduce the mechanical properties of the materials.
